Technical issue with EBP Quotes and Invoicing 2017 software

Hello,

Since last night, I can no longer print, view, and save estimates, invoices, and other documents.
A message appears on the screen: "Cannot generate the report"; "The canvas does not allow drawing".

Whereas previously, I had no such issues. I don't recall changing anything. And I haven't installed any updates, neither for my software nor for Windows.
Has anyone experienced this same problem?
What steps should I take?

Hello,

When we talk about reports, it must be related to the Report Designer from EBP, that is to say the software for generating print templates. You must have a faulty print template, which might actually be the default on some documents.
