Hello,
Could you please help me absolutely to resolve my big problem with EBP Invoicing Quotes single-user version? When I want to open the software, it works, but sometimes it shows (the user ADM-administrator is already connected). I don’t understand, so could you help me? As long as this message appears, I won’t be able to continue my quotes, which is a big problem. Thank you in advance.

otherwise simpler, the message is not blocking the software is open but not the folder!? So once the error window is closed, go to tools/maintenance then next, on this page it offers you to select your folder so to browse click on the three little dots and select your folder.
Then next and there you check locks (which checks other options so do not uncheck) then next and finish.
If you still have the error it's because you are not opening the right folder > file/open and you open your folder
otherwise it's that the maintenance has not been done on the right folder.

Tip on EBP, if you get the message "an administrator is already connected," I'm on version v10 - this is because the internet was opened at the same time or while working on EBP. In version 10 of EBP, it sees this as a connection from a user "bug."
SOLUTION go to "start menu, control panel, system, device manager, network, and disable Wi-Fi," "restart EBP (and start in evaluation version) and it will no longer find an admin connected. Make a backup, re-enable Wi-Fi, and there you go; ATTENTION when you disable Wi-Fi, EBP will open in a "demo" version (since the EBP codes take into account the hardware in your computer). When you turn Wi-Fi back on, you will recover your EBP in normal version. There you go, I hope this will save you from data re-entry like it did for me; bye bye.

Make a backup of your database before anything else.
You need to have Microsoft Access to open the database "Your Company Name".mdb, look for the table "utillisat", and change the value of the field "utconnecte" from 1 to 0.
And if you receive an error message about a blocked item because it is in use = table "applock", delete the record concerning the item e.g. "ikid" = "PceVenEnt¤1199¤" you have the date and time of the last modification.
Close the database to save the changes.
This will allow you to unlock your database.
