Issue with EBP quotes invoicing 2019

Hello community, I need your help

My EBP Quotation & Invoicing software version 2019 no longer works after a power outage (I access it through EBP Accounting Classic 2019 which starts up normally)
It starts by showing me an error on the XML file: C:\Users\utilisateur1\AppData\Local\Ebp\Invoicing11.0FR10\HostOptions.xml
Below it states XmlException: '.', hexadecimal value 0x00, is an invalid character, line 1, position 1.
Then in the next window
System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at EBP.Framework.Windows.Host.WinHost.UpdateActiveForm()
at EBP.Framework.Windows.Forms.WinForm.OnDeactivate(EventArgse)
at System.Windows.Forms.Form.set_Active(Boolean value)

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

    Hello,

    I recommend you reinstall the "EBP Invoicing Estimates 2019" application. If you have important files, back them up before the reinstallation.

    I reinstalled the software but it displays exactly the same message :-(

        That's clever: this type of product, and probably now only the entire subscription range, has no updates.

        There may or may have had a paid maintenance, but that is also rare for this type of product because it's prohibitively expensive, and probably even if that were the case, it would be less active due to the replacement by subscription Cloud versions.

        In any case, it's clearly not the software that is at fault but the user's working file.

        An incomprehensible solution is presented here based on a backup, but in any case, this is the type of solution that needs to be sought.
