Hello,
I created a mail merge document in the form of labels, and I'm encountering a printing issue.
When I print with PDF creator, everything goes well.
When I print directly from Word to the printer, the records from one sheet to the next offset by one record. To try to be clear, on page 1 I have records A, B, C, D... and on page 2 I have records B, C, D... This results in duplicates and only 1 new record on the last label of page 2.
Do you know what could be causing this?
Thank you in advance,
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 68.0

Hello,
Without seeing your main merge document, it’s hard to answer you.
Did you complete the merge all the way? Or did you just settle for a display?
Instead of printing directly (which is always risky), did you try creating a new document?

I don't see any issues, neither in your Word file nor in your database. I didn't print, but I chose the option Finish & Merge => Edit Individual Documents. And everything is correct.
As I said, it’s always better to use this method, which is less risky than printing directly.
Just a little note: try not to mix multiple versions of Office, it doesn't like that. So avoid a docx and an xls together. Save your Excel file in the current format.

Hello,
What's the problem? Print directly with PDF creator, that way, there are no issues.
