Hard drive formatting + Windows 10 installation

Bonjour,
J'ai un PC avec Windows Vista Professionnel (32 bits) et je voudrais :
1) format the hard drive to erase all data and start with a clean disk
2) install Windows 10 Pro
I have a bootable USB drive with the Windows 10 Pro ISO image on it that I will use to install Windows 10 Pro.
How do I format my hard drive?
On my hard drive, I currently have 2 partitions: OS (C) of 455 Go and RECOVERY (D) of 9.99 Go.
When I format my hard drive, will these 2 partitions disappear or not? If not, on which partition should I install Windows 10 Pro?
