Huawei locked, no access to keyboard

Hello
My daughter has just locked her phone... We tried removing the SIM card and reset it... but nothing. It's impossible to access the settings and therefore impossible to unlock the phone. It seems like she touched the "keyboard" settings and nothing shows up anymore. Thank you in advance.

    Could you please tell me the model of the Huawei?

    In this case, it would need to be reset via the terminal.
    Be careful, this will absolutely delete all data on the phone (connected accounts, applications, images, etc...)

    If you wish to proceed, let me know. I have a Huawei too, so I know how to do it.

      Good evening, I had to reset my phone but when I restart it, it asks me to sign in with a Google account that has already been synced with this device. I have no problem with that, I have my passwords, but I can't display the keyboard; it brings up the voice command when I click on the field to enter the email address, and nothing happens when I click on the cross in the top right. Could you please help me?

      Hello, my daughter just locked her Huawei Y5 2019 phone by setting a pattern, and she blocked it because she doesn't remember what pattern she set.
