Hello,
I just bought a charger for my HP x360 laptop from the following site:
https://lader-laptop.com/ also called netzteiletchargeur. Already, the names do not match. The invoice is from netzeil and the site is from lader-laptop, it's curious, isn't it?
19.99 euros for a product that does not charge at all. My son has the same laptop. I borrowed his charger, which works perfectly, so it's not my laptop's fault. I sent them an email to request a refund. The shipping costs are on me and the return must be made within 30 days. It didn't take 30 days to see that the product is of poor quality. Waste of time, waste of money. I will get back to you to let you know how much the shipping will cost and if I will be refunded quickly. I am writing this review to prevent others from getting tricked. I will send this email as an attachment to pressure them a bit.

Anonymous site, empty Legal Notices.. Applicable law unknown, certainly not E.U.. It smells like an Asian site, so good luck with the refund!
