Hello, my problem is: my PC (MSI P20 GP60) when I turn it on, the MSI logo lights up and then a black screen appears with

No media present ...
Then it directs me to the BIOS
I have already looked on other topics to see if there was a solution to my problem, but apparently aside from setting the boot to legacy or putting the hard drive first to boot, none of that has worked... If you can help me, thank you in advance!

Hello,
Check if your hard drive is recognized in the BIOS; if it is not recognized, it is either disconnected or malfunctioning.

Your hard drive is recognized, so it's either the Windows installation that is corrupted or the hard drive that cannot be read correctly.
