Hello,

Configuration: MacBook Pro
My printer is no longer working, and I don't understand why. There is ink, and it says that the printer is not connected... What a hassle. Please help me.

      Ok

      Go check if your printer is properly detected by your network
      Enter the internet password

      Unplug the printer (remove the cable completely and plug it back in)

      Uninstall the printer
      Restart your computer
      Reinstall the printer

      I hope it works afterwards

      Thank you for this response. After unplugging my printer, I restarted my computer and RESET my printer... and it finally works!!!
