HP 3630 Unable to Print Issue

Hello,

I am reaching out to ask for your help with a problem that has arisen suddenly without any warning signs.

I can no longer print using my HP 3630; when I check the print queue, it changes from printing status to deletion without anything happening.

I have tried using HP's maintenance software, which, when it tries to print a test page, nothing happens; only on the second attempt does the page finally come out.
The software then tells me that a problem has occurred with the printer but is unable to resolve it and that I need to uninstall the printer and reinstall it using the CD.

I have tried everything: removing all files from the machine, reinstalling from the CD, carefully following the instructions, but nothing changes.

The device works because I can print diagnostic/print quality pages (with no problems noted on them) but it refuses to print my files. I don't know what to do anymore.

If you have any ideas, I am all ears...
