Issue with Alcatel XL575 Voice Duo landline phone Solved

Question

Hello,  The light indicator on the handset is flashing continuously.  I followed the instructions for troubleshooting and removed the batteries from both handsets, unplugged the base from the power supply, then reconnected and replaced the batteries. The problem is not resolved! The indicator is still flashing!  Who can help me? Thank you in advance,  Samantha Best regards,

Hello, The light indicator button 10 of the handset We're talking about this indicator ==============> Apart from this flashing on the handset, what does the screen of the handset display? Please describe as accurately as possible the icons present and their status (flashing or not) Does this flashing also exist on a potential second handset? Nothing is flashing on the base?  --  It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.                              Especially when it's not there...

Hello baladur13,  It is indeed the 10 light indicator on the handset that is flashing on both handsets. The screen displays Alcatel 1 (or 2), with the time and date. The base display shows 00 and does not flash when the handset is on speakerphone. It is lit when the handset is on the base.  Thank you, Samantha

Hello baladur13,  Sorry, I can't load the screen image, so I'll try to give you the information.  1st line from the left of the screen: sign 1 then sign 4, sign 6 without the key, then sign 8 on the right (charge)  line 2: Alcatel 1 line 3: time and day  no line 4  Have a nice day Samantha

My phone is connected to the router. It seems that it’s mandatory now. I only pay for one subscription.  I had also unplugged the router and everything! When I reactivated it, nothing had changed.
