ALCATEL VOICE answering machine issue!

Hello,

I have an Alcatel Voice Trio phone with an answering machine.

The base handset displays 4 new messages (the other two do as well), but the answering machine won't turn on!

I can't find the manual either!

Can someone help me solve this problem please?

Heuuu I just called from my mobile and I left a message, nothing on my landline!

On the other hand, I called 3103 and was able to listen to my messages!
I didn't try to leave a message because I have to step out

So.... it's the answering machine that's set up incorrectly (number of rings triggering the answering machine

see 9.4.5 Changing the number of rings on page 33

Your operator's voicemail is generally set to trigger after 5 rings, so you need to set your answering machine to a lower value, which is 4... (or change it with your operator through your customer account)
