Est-ce que le fichier

/srv/eyesofnetwork/nagios/var/log/rw/live

existe ?
Qu'est-il écrit dans

/usr/local/nagios/var/nagios.log

quand tu lances le serveur ?

tail -f /usr/local/nagios/var/nagios.log

Dans un autre terminal :

service nagios restart
