Hello everyone,
I need your help before I go crazy.
My equipment, which usually works well, doesn't want to cooperate today.
The printer is connected with an active Wi-Fi
If I scan with HP Smart it works, but when I want to print a text, the printer, which I have set as default, appears in the selection but nothing prints!!
It may seem trivial but it's frustrating!
Can you enlighten me?

    Hello,
    A FNAC salesperson gave me the solution to the problem.
    You need to go to the control panel, display the printers.
    When you have the printer that is marked with the green label "default": delete it.
    Then, add a printer, and when it appears as an option, select it, and set it as "default".
    Exit.
    For me, this worked effectively.
