Hello,
Recently, I noticed that I could no longer print in color from my HP ENVY 4520 printer using my computer; in the "Paper/Quality" tab, the option for colors allowing me to choose between black and white and color has vanished.
However, printing seems to work correctly from an Android tablet.
So, the problem must be with the computer?
Following this hypothesis, I uninstalled and reinstalled the device on the computer (Windows 10), but that did not resolve the issue.

I had the same problem with an HP ENVY 5540.
Resolved by installing the driver HP ENVY 5640, as explained here:

Right-click on the printer name, then select Printer Properties.
Select the Advanced tab.
Please click on new driver and follow the displayed procedure to add the standard driver for the HP Envy 5640.
The driver for the HP Envy 5640 contains the same features as that of your printer.
If the HP Envy 5640 does not appear, please click on "Windows Update" and wait a few minutes to refresh the list of drivers.
In "Manufacturer," please click on "HP" and for the model, select "HP Envy 5640."
