"driver unavailable" for HP Envy 5540 printer

Hello, my printer is not working anymore and displays "driver unavailable." I have reinstalled the software from the official HP website and the problem persists. No test page is printing. My printer is connected to the wifi.

    The link does not talk about drivers, but rather about configuring the printer on a wireless network under Windows.

    Have you looked at the tutorial?

      I took your answers and started over from the beginning twice before it worked!!!
      I was starting to get motivated to get a printer as a Christmas gift.
