Hello,
my graphic tablet: Wacom Bamboo Fun Pen & Touch CTH-670S is not installing on Windows 10: it is detected by the PC, the touch works, but the stylus does not function, even though it is detected by the tablet because the light turns on white.
When I go to the computer menu, there is "Wacom Preferences," but when I click on it, I get an error message "tablet not supported found on the system."
There is also "Wacom Tablet Properties," and it shows "The tablet driver is not responding. Try turning off your computer and turning it back on. If that doesn't work, contact customer support..."
I have installed the latest driver found on the site (PenTablet_5.3.5), but it doesn't work (I have tried many other drivers, but nothing works).

There you go..

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 71.0.3578.98

    Hello,
after two weeks of exchanges with Wacom support and many failures, they finally asked me to uninstall the drivers, as well as anything named "Wacom" or "Bamboo" (I also deleted everything called "tablet") not to mention the hidden folders. After this operation, I reinstalled the driver and to my surprise, it worked; the tablet, the stylus, well, it was quite simple after all, and for now, it's working.

Manoon, I have the same problem, where can I find the drivers and how do I uninstall them exactly?

Thank you very much, it's really frustrating to have the hardware without being able to use it..!
