Help, big problem with the DISCORD software

Good evening everyone.
I was using the Discord server (in conversation) when suddenly, I got disconnected and couldn't reconnect: "Connecting update failed"

In search of a solution, I tried to access the site but couldn't connect: This site is inaccessible, discordapp.com took too long to respond (Yes, it’s the only site I can't access while my friends can connect).

After trying to resolve the issues, I noticed that Discord had disappeared from my computer: only the icon remained in the taskbar.

So, I find myself unable to connect to the Discord website, and consequently unable to download it.
P.S.: I couldn’t connect via the mobile app (Android), and after uninstalling and reinstalling (on 4G), I can connect, EXCEPT on Wi-Fi.

If anyone has a solution to these problems, please send me the solution; I would be very grateful.
