How to connect my phone to SFR box

Hello,
I installed my SFR box in my garage, but when I connect my phone in my living room, I get no dial tone. I'm on total unbundling and even with a phone that has a small plug that fits into the RJ45, it doesn't work. In the photo, I disconnected everything. What should I connect the living room socket to on the electrical box to have a working phone? I connected the yellow wire from my box to the test socket, and I have internet. Please avoid using overly technical terms.

    Hello,

    You need to connect the phone output of the box to the RJ45 socket leading to the living room. With a telephone cable RJ11 (small plug).

      I will try tomorrow and will keep you updated. Today I connected my phone in the garage directly to the box outlet and I had no dial tone. I'm wondering if I have another issue.

      If the phone does not work connected to the box, it is pointless to try testing it remotely.

      Thus:
      • it is not connected to the right output
      • the cable is not working
      • the phone is faulty
      • the line is not working, check with the ISP
      • the box is malfunctioning, check with the ISP
