Hello,
I just submitted a request titled "connection from smartphone." I realize that my issue is not a connection problem, but a printing problem with a connected HP 6230.
I can log into my account. After that, I get stuck.
When I enter the printer's address, it is systematically refused. However, I am convinced that it is valid: more than 6 characters as required.
My smartphone is an LG Android.
Could you please help me?

Hello,
I don't quite understand your problem, probably because I don't have an HP printer.
In principle, you just need to install an app on your smartphone to be able to use the printer.
The setup is done once and for all. (The app should search for the HP printer on the network).
To do this setup and print, don't forget to activate the Wi-Fi on your smartphone.
The app you should use is probably this one:

You can download it from the Google Play Store.

Coming back to the site this evening, I realized that I hadn't followed up on your kind contribution.
In fact, after a long period of resignation, I returned to the HP Smart app. And I had the pleasant surprise of discovering a notification that could be useful to others.
The app was missing a HP Print expansion module that allows printing from a smartphone as well. Why? A mystery. I just followed the instructions to download it. Apparently, everything is fine.
