Cannot print with HP Deskjet 3700 from PC

Hello,
Due to connectivity issues (1 month without internet), I had to reconfigure my HP DeskJet 3700 All-in-One printer.
Since then, I can't print even though the HP Smart app shows the status as "ready" and the ink levels. I choose to print a document, and the printer does not appear.
When I go to the printers section on the PC, the list of printers shows up and it is marked as "driver unavailable," and when I click on manage, it only offers me the scanner settings.
What I don’t understand is that I can print from my smartphone.
Does anyone have an idea on how to connect the printer to the PC please?

hi
do this:
turn off your printer
unplug it from the PC
uninstall your printer with Revo Uninstaller in advanced mode (free version) ==> click here
download the driver for your printer and install it ==> click here
PS: make sure to select your OS (W10/W11) in 32 or 64 bits
take this one ==> Full installation software and driver / basic - Supports only printing and scanning features (3)
if you have any questions...
