Hello,
Brother MFC j6910dw printer unable to detect the blue cartridge. I would like to know if anyone has found a solution other than throwing it in the trash.

Is it an original or generic cartridge?

Of course, I changed the original cartridge, but it didn't work at all.

You didn't answer the 3rd point which was ....
Do you have a message or anything else >> If so, which one?
Personally, I have an MFC J615W and I had a similar "thing" happen but with all the cartridges, yet from a brand ... I alerted my usual supplier who kindly replaced the entire pack for free and had no issues afterwards ...... I assume there was one issue with this Brother pack that the seller told me to throw away
