Hello,
I can't get this machine to turn back on. To turn it off, you have to press and hold, which worked, but to turn it back on, whether I press briefly or long, nothing happens (I checked the power supply, etc.). I'm losing it!!!

Hello;
1st option >> See this link >> Comment from nanouino
Have you checked if there’s a fuse at the power supply input??
If still not okay, I’ll dig deeper
See you for your comments, but if none >> Topic resolved
Best regards

I contacted Brother at 0149906109, the technician asked me to unplug the power supply, hold down the ON/OFF button while plugging the power back in, the printer turns on. wait a few seconds, release the ON/OFF button, and close the message on the screen. and that's it, it works again. however, you should leave your printer on for at least 2 hours after turning it on, if it goes into sleep mode, that's fine, but you don't press ON/OFF.

Aging well: It's preferring the time that remains to the time that passes
WARNING if your printer is on a power strip with a switch (like mine), turning off the power strip does not work. You MUST absolutely unplug the printer from the power strip and let it "discharge" for a few seconds before plugging it back in.
The manipulation always sent me to "stopping in progress"
Some said it was due to non-Brother cartridges, so I disconnected the cartridges and it worked!
Thank you.
