Hello,
I understand how to create mail merge in Word from an address file in Excel.
My problem: I have 3 email addresses in Thunderbird (for example Pierre, Paul, Jacques) and when I activate the mail merge, the sender of the message is always Pierre and I would like it to be Jacques.
I’m specifying that Outlook is not installed on my PC.
Should I change the settings in Word or in Thunderbird to have the correct address?
Thank you for your help.
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 70.0.3538.102
