Hello,

I just bought a new PC (Asus) with Windows 10 - 64 bit.
I downloaded the iCloud installation file for Windows 10, but when I start the installation, an error message says, ""this application cannot run on your PC...".

Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

Thank you in advance.
Best regards

    Hi,

Where did you download this file?

Either it's not signed and has nothing to do with the real Apple installers... or there's an issue with the source.

I just downloaded this file again with the link you gave me (I had used that same site before) and the installation went smoothly.
Maybe my first file was corrupted due to a mishap????
      Thank you for your help.

        Possible.

It’s also possible that the place where you downloaded it only offered a infected file, which was blocked by Windows for security reasons, if it wasn’t from Apple.

      Hi Judge

I tried the link and I got a message saying: A problem occurred with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the installation did not finish correctly.
      Do you have a solution?
      Best regards
