Samsung Account session expired Solved

Question

Hello,
I'm having a problem with my Galaxy S9 Plus
It keeps sending me a notification saying that my Samsung account has expired. When I click on it, it takes me to a screen where I have to enter my password and email. But when I do, it says processing failed

Hello everyone, after several attempts to change my password, all unsuccessful, I logged into my Samsung account on my PC with my newly changed password, I added some missing information and everything is back to normal... fortunately, because it was starting to get annoying, for almost 2 days.

Certainly, but I have almost all my course files from university on my phone and of course, I've saved them with my Samsung account, so it's a bit tricky for me to change it.

But normally you still have access to your files So you can download the files onto an SD card and then change accounts and finally re-download the files onto the new account

Yes, by changing the Samsung account But I couldn't say how I managed to do it, after fiddling with the settings I managed to enter another email address.
