Hello,
I downloaded Teamviewer version 4 a month ago and now it tells me that my version has expired.
So I uninstalled it and removed all the files related to Teamviewer, then I reinstalled Teamviewer. The problem is that it still tells me that my trial period has expired and I have a red exclamation mark on Teamviewer.
Do you know how to make it possible to reuse the free version of Teamviewer?
Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

TeamViewer is FREE without a trial period for those who install it for "personal" use. A notice of trial period expiration is received when it is installed for "commercial" use or for both uses, as these versions must be purchased.
To completely uninstall a version that has been installed for commercial use or for both uses, in order to stop receiving the notice that the trial period has expired during another installation, you need to uninstall TeamViewer, and restart.
Once this is done, remove the TeamViewer entry from C/Program files, and also delete it from the registry. Go to Start/run (type "regedit"), then navigate to HKey Current User > software > to delete the TeamViewer entry there. Do the same in HKey Local Machine > software.
Once this is done and there are no traces of TeamViewer, install the version you want, but only for "personal" use.
Thus, there will be no request to purchase the license.
Have a nice day.

Thank you, but it doesn't seem to work anymore. I've also been on a free license for a long time to help my parents, and now it becomes paid? That's already the reason I left LogMeIn...
