Samsung account issue (processing failed)

Hello,

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 8, but it has a small problem: I can't connect, and then the message says "processing failed." Please, can you help me?

    Hello,
    on your PC, log in with your credentials at Samsung's login page.
    Go back to your phone and try to log in via the Samsung app.

        On your phone, clear the cache of your Samsung app that you use to connect to your account.

        Actually, I’m connecting to the settings, not really the applications, but it doesn’t work anyway; there isn’t a Samsung application for themes and other things. In any case, thank you for replying.
