More WiFi with SFR fiber

Hello,

We have an SFR fiber that was working until now.
But the Internet has not been working since yesterday.

The PON light on the box is red:

I followed the instructions on this page
https://assistance.sfr.fr/internet-tel-fixe/box-plus/signification-voyants-mini-boitier-ont.html but nothing works, it’s still red.

When I run a diagnosis on the computer, it says "Your DNS server may be unavailable."

If you know how to fix this issue, it would be greatly appreciated!
