Only the power indicator on my SFR Plus box is lit up.

Hello,
Since Wednesday, my SFR box plus has not been working, so I called customer service and they gave me some instructions but it didn’t work. Then they told us to exchange it for a new box, and once again, it doesn't work. So I called SFR customer service again, and they gave me instructions to follow, but again with no success. They told me that this Monday I will have to make an appointment with a technician, but I don’t really want to wait. If it still doesn’t work, what should I do?

is it a fiber connection or an ADSL line?
If the line is down, there's nothing you can do.
