No lights except the Power light on my Neufbox.

Hello,
I came back from vacation yesterday but there's no connection, my Neuf box is on but only the POWER light is lit. The S, @, and Telephone lights are off, so I have no internet access. I've already restarted it. What should I do? Please.

    Try a factory reset of the box
