How to resolve an IPTV connection issue?

Hello,
I'm reaching out for help regarding an IPTV connection issue.

The tests work perfectly outside on 4G network or with other Wi-Fi connections, but at home on Wi-Fi, the connection fails. I assume the problem comes from my
Wi-Fi connection (fiber 100 mega), and I'm completely at a loss, so can someone please help me?

Hi,

I finally solved the problem, I called my operator (in my case POST Luxembourg) and you need to ask them to open the public port of the router, it’s a service that costs 2 euros, they did it over the phone in 2 seconds and everything has been working since then :)

Hi,
I doubt it's just a port, but probably a firewall rule; net neutrality is clearly not a thing in Luxembourg yet :-(

Please, I did the same thing at Luxembourg Post too! What should I do now, please? Do I need to make adjustments? Or does it happen automatically?
