Connection issue with Neo - Service

Hello,
1)
I am a student and in my residence, there is ADSL provided by Néo Service. But the problem is that the box shows everything is working, the online assistance sees that the line in my apartment is connected and functioning well. However, on my side, I experience frequent disconnections and very slow internet... (using this tester https://www.journaldunet.fr/web-tech/dictionnaire-du-webmastering/1487601-test-debit-internet/)
I tried tinkering with it, and now it works even worse (no disconnections, but pages take on average a minute to load), I would like to know if it would be possible to reset my networks, let me explain:
As if I had never connected here, and when I plug in the Ethernet, everything works properly?
Or if you have another lead, another solution, I’m open to suggestions!

I have a second problem, I play an online game but I have constant disconnections due to high latency but also because from where I am, I don’t know how to open the router ports. Given that it’s a shared connection in a residential building, with a server per floor... etc., can I configure this myself through a website (like for the Livebox or others) or is it only the Néo Service admin who can do that?

For your first question, I can't answer you; for the second, I took the "neospace" service to get a static IP and manage my ports. This request took a bit long (3 weeks), the cost is still 5 euros per month, but the improvement is real.
To subscribe to this service, it's a real journey (it's a bit of a game with neo services): no information on the site, you have to go to www.myneo.fr from your residence.
