Hello, I have a problem with my earphones. With my Huawei P10 Lite, the sound is low even when I set it to 100%. However, when I use another phone, the sound is perfectly normal. How can I fix this issue?

I have exactly the same problem with my PC when I plug in my headphones, the only solution I've found is not to push the jack all the way into the phone. Does that make a difference? If not, try checking Settings > Sound > Volume. You should have a list of sounds, check if everything is set up correctly.
