Hello,
I am contacting you today to tell you that I have an Acer tablet that was damaged while charging. The system is completely fried. If you have a small solution for me, I would appreciate it as it was working well.

    Cramé = 100% dead

    As for the smartphone, I don't think it's worth fixing considering the issue...

      Yeah, but since I have a little bit of everything on it, I'd rather ask to see if we can do something.

      You're welcome. It's crazy though, I didn't think a storm could...

    Hello,

    It's still a "basic" rule: if there's a storm, it's better to unplug all electrical devices to avoid surges.

      Except I wasn't there. I couldn't unplug or cut the power.

      Yes, indeed, however, I didn't know that it could completely burn out a device!
      For example, the television, the microwave, etc. are generally always plugged in in households.

      Televisions are more durable, the same goes for microwaves and all household appliances.

        It's true ^^ I thought the battery would be damaged or dead but no more than that.

    Me neither, at least this message has served to warn people to unplug any telephone or mobile device from a socket as it can damage the system.
