Hello,
My daughter created a password for accessing her tablet but she forgot it. While trying, she blocked the tablet after too many attempts. How can I use the tablet now?

If none of these methods work, a factory reset is required. Depending on the tablet, it can be:- Volume up + power (for 10 or 20 seconds)
- or Volume down + power
- or Volume up + home + power ...
There are several possibilities, but you should know that this method will format the Android system, so you will need to reinstall the apps, your Wi-Fi code, ...
Photos, videos, and all other content on the microSD memory card are not affected by the factory reset.
