Hello,
When I turn on my tablet, there is a completely white screen that appears. I can only turn it on, turn it off, or put it to sleep. I've looked on many forums and on the Archos website; it's not a system recovery, in case that idea crossed your mind, it's just a white screen.
Can you find out where this might come from? Do you have a solution?
It's possible that it was shaken because before it turned all white, my son was playing on it. Could that be the reason? If so, what should I do?
Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 18.0

I believe that it indeed comes from the shock she received and that one of the connectors of the screen to the graphics card is damaged. If you still have a warranty, use it; otherwise, have it repaired by a specialist.

I wasn't turning on at all, it stayed like that for a year. One day, while I was tidying up, I came across it and looked for reviews online. I then followed the advice to unplug and plug the power cord several times until it showed a white screen. I unplugged it and plugged it back in until it turned on again, and since then it has been working perfectly.
