yesterday I was playing Subway Surfers and suddenly my tablet showed a black screen, and since then, I haven't been able to turn it back on. I tried leaving it to discharge all night and then I plugged it in this morning, but nothing happened, still a black screen.

    Press the Volume + and - buttons at the same time for 10 seconds and let me know if it works.

      same for me...
      pressing the buttons for 10 seconds didn't change anything...
      When I wait for a little while, if I quickly press the start button, I can see for not even 1 second a message that shows my tablet is indeed on, but with this black screen...

      According to another section, I found the solution!!!!
      Press and hold the "power" button while tapping the screen; it may last 30 seconds
      but it worked for me!!!!
