App that keeps crashing on Android. Solved

Hello,

I have a problem with my Android mobile ever since I reset it to factory settings.

I am trying to download an important file from my email, but every time I get the error "The application has stopped unexpectedly". I'm stuck and I absolutely need this file.

How can I find out which app is causing the problem? Is it my email app, the download manager, or something else?

And above all, what should I do when an app keeps crashing like this?

Please help me, I really need this file.

Whatever the application, if Android indicates that it has stopped, you need to restart the mobile.If that doesn't solve the problem, go to Settings / Apps / Your app / Storage / Clear cache / Delete data.If that is not enough, you need to reinstall it from the Play Store.If the internal memory is insufficient, you need to make space by removing some files on the mobile.

Hi, when an application stops, you need to restart the mobile for it to relaunch, but if you don't have the original SIM card's PIN code with that SIM card inserted, there's little chance that it will restart.

Application issue: steps to take after a first restart:
1)

If you don't have a Cleaner in the settings
=> Go to Google Play Store and install the CCleaner app
=> After cleaning, you can uninstall it ;)

2)

For the problematic application:

Disconnect all Google accounts from the device (remove the Gmail email addresses):

4) Uninstall the problematic application

5) Restart (Turn off then Turn on) your Android

6) Open Google Play Store (no Gmail anymore, so log in) and reinstall the application.
