Bonjour,
J'ai un problème sur mon mobile Android depuis que je l'ai remis à zéro aux valeurs d'usine.
J'essaie de télécharger un fichier important dans ma boîte mail, mais à chaque fois, j'ai l'erreur "L'application s'est arrêtée systématiquement". Je suis bloqué et j'ai absolument besoin de ce fichier.
Comment trouver l'application qui pose problème ? Est-ce que c'est mon application de messagerie, le gestionnaire de téléchargement, ou autre chose ?
Et surtout, comment faire quand une application ne cesse de s'arrêter comme ça ?
S'il vous plait aidez moi j'en ai besoin de ce fichier absolument.

- Whatever the application, if Android indicates that it has stopped, you need to restart the mobile.
- If that doesn't solve the problem, go to Settings / Apps / Your app / Storage / Clear cache / Delete data.
- If that is not enough, you need to reinstall it from the Play Store.
- If the internal memory is insufficient, you need to make space by removing some files on the mobile.
Indeed, I had to go to the Play Store to reinstall the new update,
