URMET intercom issue

Hello,
Model URMET DOMUS ref.1782/515 including external unit ref.1082 and videophone ref.1703.
I had to unplug the external unit due to some work. I've reconnected the entire setup (internal and external units).
The external unit seems to be working, the 4 LEDs light up when the call button is pressed, but I have no response from the videophone side. The yellow LED indicating "fault" is off. I have the correct voltage on both sides (internal and external).
Does anyone have an idea?
