Urmet 1133 D001 Bell Ringer Problem

Hello,
I purchased an apartment with an Urmet 1133 D001 intercom that doesn't ring. It emits a dull noise when someone presses the button but no ringing! Inside the intercom, there is only one electronic board where the 5 wires are connected. I have the impression that there is no speaker (buzzer)! Can someone tell me what a buzzer for this type of intercom should look like?
Is it possible to buy one separately, and where?
