sound issue with external intercom extel jch touch

Hello

I have no sound from the street intercom in the indoor unit (meaning I can't hear people talking outside), however, they can hear me when I'm outside.
I checked the volume potentiometers and also cleaned the soldering points with contact cleaner.
Could someone help me?

I have the same issue, I just connected my intercom and everything works except for the sound from the outdoor unit We can't hear the people speaking outside.

Hello  my issue is resolved, I changed the microphone on the entrance panel.

I can't hear people talking from the outside, but they can hear me.
To note:
It's neither the microphone nor the speaker.
I'm thinking maybe it's the Electret microphone amplifier. Also, I'm quite surprised to only find 300 to 400mV on the + of the Electret microphone.
What would help me is to have the electrical schematic of the transmitter.

You should try adjusting the two yellow screws at the top of the plate.
