Hello,
I am the owner of an apartment in a building equipped with an Urmet intercom. My tenant has informed me - a bit panic-stricken - that as soon as someone rings her doorbell, the door opens automatically, even before she presses anything: the bell rings and the door opens immediately. This anomaly seems to have occurred overnight as no one has touched anything.
The homeowners' association can no longer find the manual for the intercom that was installed in 2010. By any chance, do you have any suggestions to solve my problem? Thank you very much in advance, Sandra
