Chat unavailable due to ad blocker.

Hello, I'm trying to access https://chat.tchatche.com, but when I log in, I can't reach the chat. It's supposedly saying that an ad blocker is active and that I need to disable it. The only problem is, I don't have any ad-blocking module, I've even disabled my antivirus, enabled pop-ups, I've tried everything, but nothing works! Please help me access the chat.

I'm on Windows 10 and I'm using Firefox, but I've also tried with Chrome, in vain!

    From the module bar (at the bottom left), you can disable AdBlock for a domain in Mozilla Firefox
    On Firefox
    If the problem persists, clear your cache or maybe the site has an issue

      but I don't have a module bar at the bottom left, and I've never installed adblock. I've cleared the cache but nothing, and the site is working well because a friend is connected right now.

      Try with another device, like a phone or another computer.

    I have the same problem

    I have no ad blocker and I even disabled the pop-up blockers just in case, but it doesn't help

    it's incomprehensible
