Hello,
I am using Microsoft Money 2005 to manage and track my stock investments. However, I'm facing a slight issue.
I created an investment account to monitor a securities account. Its main currency is the euro. When I tried to enter a stock in dollars, it did ask me for the exchange rate. However, in the portfolio summary, it shows the stock at €100 instead of $100, which skews everything... It's as if the exchange rate isn't being applied.
My question is quite simple: can we have an investment account with investments coming from different countries (with different currencies), or is that not possible?
Thanks in advance to those who read this! Perhaps some of you have encountered this issue, which is ultimately quite common!

Hello;
Unless I'm mistaken, it's not possible because when you create an account, you set its currency from the start and MsMoney keeps that currency and doesn't do conversions.
You can perhaps delve a little deeper into the subject by consulting >> This link

It seems that several accounts need to be created for each currency??
There may be another solution, but we would need to go through all the links in the paragraph.
