Communication avec les machines du réseau bloquée.

Bonjour,
lors de la configuration d'un logiciel P2P, j'ai voulu modifier les ports réseau de celui-ci. Ensuite, en effectuent un ping de routine en direction de mon modem j'ai obtenu le message de défaillance générale.

J'ai alors essayé d’accéder a la fenêtre d’administration de mon modem :

Je me suis ensuite rendu compte que j'ai toujours accès a internet et a tous ses services. Incompréhensible.
J'ai donc effectué un ping sur d'autres device de mon réseau avec le même résultat que le modem.
Pour vérifier, j'ai effectué un ping a partir d'un autre ordinateur vers le mien avec pour résultat une expiration du délai d'attente.

J'ai poussé mon enquête du coté de ma carte réseau avec ceci comme résultat d'un diagnostique windows de la-dite carte : https://www.zupimages.net/viewer.php?id=18%2F20%2Frixr.png

Les différentes manipulations que j'ai effectuée pour résoudre ce problème n'ont pas porté leurs fruits.
Je pense juste pouvoir affirmer que la cause du problème a un rapport avec l’utilisation des ports par ma carte réseau.

Je vous demande de l'aide, je n'y comprend rien. Il est quelque peu handicapant de ne plus pouvoir administrer mon modem depuis cette machine ni de partager des fichiers entre ces machines.
