Forcefully downgrade an iPad to iOS 11

Hello everyone, I wanted to know if there is a possibility to upgrade an iPad with an OS version 9.3.5 to a more recent version, iOS 11?
I'm not very knowledgeable about this topic, but is there a way through jailbreaking the tablet, perhaps using Cydia or other software?

Hello Màx0, there's no chance that you'll be able to put iOS 11 on a device that is stuck on iOS 9, the reason is simple, if your iPad is at iOS 9, it means it's a 32-bit iPad, whereas iOS 11 only works on 64-bit.
Jailbreaking, that's another story…
