Hello,
I have an iPad 2 running iOS version 10.3.3, and for the past few days, my myCANAL app no longer allows me to watch on demand. I only have access to live streaming. I suspect that my iOS version is no longer compatible with the new version of the CANAL app, which is 4.7.0 and requires version 11.2 or later since June 30.
Unfortunately, I can no longer update my iPad as it is likely too old for Apple.
Is there a solution to force an upgrade from my version 10.3.3 to iOS 11, or at least the possibility of reinstalling the older version of the myCANAL app that worked very well before the update?
Thank you in advance.
Configuration: iPad / Safari 10.0

Hello,
There is no way to force the installation of iOS 11 on your iPad 2. However, you can install older versions of apps compatible with iOS 10.3.3 by following the instructions in this article.
