Hello to you!

I have a refurbished iPad purchased in Ireland, so I don't know anything else about it except that it is 32-bit and runs iOS 10.3.3

I've tried to download the Netflix app which requires at least iOS 11 or higher. I've been racking my brain since last night, and I can't seem to resolve this issue.

Is there a way to get another iOS when the settings on the iPad say that my software is up to date?

    You can download Netflix or any app you've previously downloaded from the purchases.
    App Store> purchases it's at the bottom next to updates.

      Yes, I'm explaining how to put the Netflix app in the purchase history (we download the latest compatible version).

      actually quite simple, I downloaded Netflix on my iPhone, it is then available in the purchases list on the iPad ;) !

      In that case, yes, the problem never existed ;-)

      Once it's in the purchase history (first download with iTunes 12.6.3.6 or "purchase simulation"), it shows this:
