Hello everyone.

I recently purchased a laptop from the Easy-Cash website, which I am very satisfied with.
However, I am facing a problem that should probably be covered by the one-year warranty offered by the store.
Now the real question is, is there any procedure I need to follow to take advantage of the warranty? The offer seems suspicious to me... and similarly, when I sent them a message through the contact tab on their website to ask the detailed question, I did not receive a response in my email inbox. Should I look for it online? Or has a response only been sent?
And finally, if my device needs to be repaired, can it be handled by the store in my city? Or do I have to send it back to the other end of France to the store where I made the purchase?

Returns must be made exclusively at the store that sold you the product.

You must bring the product back to the store along with any accessories, just as it was sold to you. You must also bring your receipt.

Solutions
A - If the product is repairable, the store will carry out the repair within a maximum of 30 days.
The store agrees to cover the costs of repair and shipping.
B - If repair is impossible, the store will offer to exchange your product for an identical product or a product with similar features.
C - Finally, if repair or replacement of the product is not possible, the store will offer you a refund in the form of a credit note or in cash/check, at your convenience.

For the contact form, once validated, they will receive your response by email and will reply by email if the provided address is correct.
Otherwise, to be quicker, nothing beats a good phone call.

I acknowledge, but I do not have a receipt: I bought it online, and it was delivered by mail. I assume they still have records of their sales!

And so there's no special action needed to activate the warranty, due to the online purchase. That's perfect!
